We were recommended by a friend to book this hotel, it is in a fabulous location on a quiet canal. We loved the view from our room. The staff are amazing, extremely helpful and knowledgeable. So special to be able to book a private water taxi from the airport and be delivered to the hotel front door! We also booked a water taxi on departure (organised by hotel staff) to take us to the train station. It really is worth being in a hotel away from the crowds yet we were centrally located within minutes of the Peggy Guggenheim collection and also the Gallerie Dell Accademia. An amazing discovery was being able to reach a nearby gondola river crossing service (2 euros per person!) to reach St Marks Square. Fabulous restaurants close to the hotel. If we are lucky enough to return to Venice, we would definitely return.

We loved our room as it was nicely decorated and very clean. The staff was really friendly and helpful. It was easy to find as well. We used ACTV 48 hour pass from the airport onwards itself for the two days we were staying and it was quite easy to get to there with one bus and one boat ride using the pass without any extra tickets. Also this place is very close to Salute stop from which you can get to the San Marco square in just few minutes. It’s in a quiet area as well, so there was no noises or anything through out the night, so we slept really well too. There’s a separate entrance for which we were given an entry key for and a door access card to our room, which was handy to get in and out at the times we wanted as well. All in all, would definitely recommend.

This hotel is tucked away not too far from the Salute Vaporetto (take the no 1 waterbus stop. This hotel is about a mile from the train station. However, it is the stop from the San Marco stop, which is where the all the action is happening. The area is very quiet. The rooms are large enough for 3-4 people. It has nice air conditioning and modern bathrooms. The decor is Venetian of course. Magda (the front desk person) is vert friendly and helpful. There is no breakfast, but there is a small restaurant around the corner. We enjoyed our stay there a lot!

The location was excellent. Its close to ponte dell Accademia so from there you can reach anywhere in the city. The apartment looked very pretty. It was clean and spacious enough. They gave us a free bottle of water. The staff was very nice, Christina explained everything that we had to know clear and I am very grateful that she recommended us a very good place to eat local with good amount of money Trattoria ai Cugnai dal 1911 which was very close. Overall an amazing trip, I would definetly go back to this location

Great location. AC worked great. Enjoyed mini fridge. Private water taxi could not get to hotel due to wind and high water but dropped off and picked up at Salute station. Just a short 3 minute walk to hotel. If you have rolling luggage you can walk down Fondementa Salute to ramp over canal it’s easier than the bridge on C de l’Abrazia. Google maps works great. We used the Salute and Accademia stations to get anywhere we wanted to go. Mini market and restaurants in easy walking distance.
